Delivery Information

Please note that gift vouchers cannot be posted or couriered to an overseas recipient, only to New Zealand addresses.  Email Vouchers can be sent worldwide.

By Email

An automatic email with a Gift Voucher link will be sent as soon as the transaction is completed. This can be sent to either the purchaser or the recipient. This is a system generated email and therefore may go to the email recipient's junk or spam email folder. Please also take care when entering the email address that it is correct. If an email delivery fails we will attempt to contact you to advise that the email has been returned to us 'undelivered' and will try to get another email address.

Dispatch Information

Working days are Monday to Friday of any week excluding any public holidays. Gift vouchers ordered before 1pm from Monday to Friday will be issued and dispatched on the same (working) day. Gift vouchers ordered after 1pm, will be issued and dispatched on the following (working) day. If a gift voucher is ordered after 1pm on a Friday, over the weekend or on a public holiday, it will be issued and dispatched on Monday or the next working day.

By Standard New Zealand Post

For vouchers delivered by NZ Standard Post, in addition to the above dispatch times, please then allow at least three to 10 (3-10) days for delivery. Delivery to and from rural and remote areas may take longer. No tracking is available with this option. Please note that delivery targets are a guide only and neither New Zealand Post nor Cordis, Auckland can guarantee delivery within this timeframe.

By Deadline Courier
For vouchers delivered by Deadline Couriers, in addition to the above dispatch times, please then allow at least one (1) working day for the voucher to be delivered. Delivery to rural  and remote areas may take longer. A physical address must be provided. Please note that delivery targets are a guide only and neither Deadline Courier nor Cordis, Auckland can guarantee delivery within this timeframe.

By Post Haste Courier (not available for Spa vouchers)
For vouchers delivered by Post Haste Couriers, in addition to the above dispatch times, please then allow at least two to five (2-5) working days for the voucher to be delivered.  Delivery to rural  and remote areas may take longer. A physical address must be provided. Please note that delivery targets are a guide only and neither Post Haste Courier nor Cordis, Auckland can guarantee delivery within this timeframe.

Delivery Supplements
The following delivery supplements will apply for your postal gift vouchers. Please note vouchers can only be delivered within NZ:

• Email  - $0.00
• Collection from hotel - $0.00
• Standard Post - $0.00. Postage is complimentary for room and dining vouchers, but no tracking is available. Please note, there is no postal option for Chuan Spa vouchers.
• Deadline Couriers  (overnight deliveries, tracked) - $18
• Post Haste Couriers (2 to 5 days, tracked) - $10. Please note, this option is not available for Chuan Spa vouchers.
